Training
Technical training for the Starter franchise is delivered primarily using our e-learning platform, with face to face assessment carried out at HQ just outside Chester. Our comprehensive remote learning toolkit includes everything you need to complete the training and certification required to commence trading. This includes all of the required tools, doner phone handsets and a laptop to access all of the training material.
Due to the nature of our business, new products and ever changing technology is something we have to be prepared for, as new products reach the marketplace we will ensure you are provided with updated training material to complement your existing skills and knowledge.
A typical example of this would be the release of new models of flagship smartphones which typically happens annually.
